3. Account Registration and Security

• Account Creation: To use our Services, you must create a Business Account. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Services Provided

MaduPay facilitates cross-border B2B payments and currency exchanges. Specific service offerings may vary based on geographic region, applicable regulations, and agreements.

5. Fees and Payment

• Fees: Any fees associated with Transactions or account maintenance will be disclosed before initiation. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified during the Transaction process.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Services solely for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use of the Services.
